As a past client of the Intensive course I thought to offer a few words about the course.
It is not often I am satisfied enough with something I have paid for to bother writing a report or giving feedback but in this case I was so impressed with the package I felt it was the right thing to do. I had Raul as my instructor and from the start he was more than helpful and fitted all the teaching and sessions around my requirements. The written stuff was excellent - easy to follow and followed a set structure leading you through all the elements to a point where I think you could probably trade OK just with that. I elected for the live coaching and it was a good decision I think as there is no substitute for being able to ask questions and follow trades and scenarios live as text can only convey so much - and in the infinitely variable world of FOREX trading I found the questions often only come to mind while you are watching trades and price action develop. Poor bloke though- he had me firing questions at him left and right . I made him earn his money heheThey focus mainly on price behaviour and mapping which I found far more reliable than indicators - although initially harder to grasp it is a much more versatile tool for the long term. Warning though - it needs experience and practice to trade well though; as opposed to blindly following indicators you have some discretion - but that is also the strength as if you are serious about trading then you need to develop a "feel" that price action can give you and indicators cannot. That is why automated systems and black boxes fail IMHO. The other aspect is the 1on1 coaching where questions can be left on the forum and they were usually answered comprehensively by the instructor the same day. My only criticism is that a couple of times when Raul was away for a day or two the answers took a couple of days to arrive but that is understandable and I am probably overfussy and nitpicking as 95% of the time they were answered promptly and thoroughly the same day. I understand he may be restructuring course though so that may make life easier as the courses popularity is keeping him busy++ (he stays in touch after to make sure you are OK and mentioned this will be happening so we will see) Anyway - I am now trading profitably with what I was taught and is was done in a way that made the hard learning journey bearable and even pleasant. Highly recommended 5 stars. clap |

I took the Lite course earlier this year and here are my thoughts:
Cons: - Dont agree with the review above about the "written stuff", although it is helpful, sometimes I found hard to understand concepts because it was written by some one who learned english (non native). - The first four lessons are kinda slow - Almost no action in the studen forum ![]() Cant talk about the live sessions because my course didnt include those Pros: - Definitely the best part of the course was the methodology, I learned to see the price action and incorporated it into my strategy which got me better results. - Also learned alot about trade and risk management |

I?m going to give my honest opinion about this course (SF Intensive course), which by the way I took about six months ago...
Been trading for 2 years, after trying several books, ebooks and other courses, I always thought that despite the quality of other courses, there was something missing in my trading, it always seemed that the market controlled my profits instead of my ability to follow my system. This was my main concern about my trading, talked with Raul (the instructor) about this and asked if this training could help me gain more control over my profits, he replied affirmatively. At the time I took the course, and reviewing the material, I thought it was just another course, with no ?edge?. But with in the online sessions I really learned to see the market in a different way. This gave me exactly what I was looking for, more ?certainty? in my results. If I had to resume their methodology in a phrase I would put it as: ?harmony between the short term and long term charts, trading based on what the market is telling you?. They don?t use indicators (let me tell you, getting rid of all those indicators in my charts was one of the hardest things to do). Now I?m doing great, being more consistent with my profits. |

Practically I started in the Forex world like a year ago... Before that, I?d never heard about it. At first, it was difficult to find someone that can teach me about the Forex market the way that I wanted and needed.
I found Straighforex and Raul and was the best that could happened me. He introduced me his material and I decided by the Intensive Course. Before I started the course I?ve read several pages, but I never could find something complete and really helpful. Since the beginning of the course I realized from my improvement with each lesson. His methodology introduced you in a handy way to the appreciation and trade of the market. After learn about indicators and other sophisticated tools to study the market I was some kind of skeptic about the market behavior. I really had to change my mind and open it. With a lots of patience, discipline, hard work, practice and concentration I?ve made and applied a system that fits me by the hand of Raul. Nowdays I feel really proud of my accomplishments. I started from cero, and now I feel more confident with the experience... and the best, I learn something all days. Like Raul says... now I?m also a flow follower =) |
